Office Assistant - Customer Service Representative
6 weeks - Monday through Friday - 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Students will learn basic office practicalities, customer service and career development skills.
Graduates of this program may find entry-level employment as office assistants, data entry, word processors, typists, clerks.
Graduates may also find entry-level employment in the service, hospitality, retail, call center, marketing, help desks and other industries in which customer contact is a vital operation
